of Working At Agri Beef

And we do everything we can to make this a great place to work. Here are
some of the benefits you'll receive for working for Agri Beef:
Paid Time Off
As an Agri Beef employee, you will accrue 15 days of paid time off per
year during the first five years of employment. These days can be used
for vacation days, sick days, and personal days. After the end of the
fifth year, you will accrue 21 days per year.
Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance
Agri Beef offers excellent healthcare coverage and will pay 70% of your
premiums for medical, dental and vision care. The company health plan
includes prescription drug coverage. You may add your spouse and any
dependents who are under 23 years of age to your policy.
Life Insurance
Agri Beef will pay the full premium for a term life insurance policy
with a death benefit of $10,000. If you wish to supplement this plan,
additional coverage can be purchased for you, your spouse and your children.
Business Travel Life Insurance
Agri Beef will pay the full premium for this benefit which would pay up to 5
times your salary if claim occurs while you are traveling on the job.
Profit Sharing
After two years of employment, you may be eligible to receive a percentage
of the company’s profits. If you receive a profit-sharing contribution
from the company, you are immediately 100% vested!
401(k) Retirement Plan
You can save for your retirement by taking advantage of Agri Beef’s
401(k) plan, which allows you to invest a percentage of your gross wages
(up to the IRS maximum contribution limits). Agri Beef will supplement
your plan quarterly, matching 50% of your contributions up to 3% of your
gross income.
401(k) Plan Loans
Agri Beef also offers a loan program that allows you to borrow against
your 401(k) plan.
Income Protection Plan
Agri Beef pays the entire cost of coverage in an Income Protection Plan
(IPP), which can provide you with continuing income for a specified
period of time (depending on your length of employment) if you become disabled
due to an injury or illness. (If you live in a state that offers a state
disability plan, you may be covered by the state plan, instead of the IPP.)
Training Programs and Seminars
From time to time, Agri Beef may provide internal or external training
opportunities. These are entirely paid for by Agri Beef.
Tuition Reimbursement
If you wish to take educational or vocational courses that relate to
your position at Agri Beef, the company will reimburse your tuition
expenses. Reimbursement for tuition is made at the per credit rate
charged by the closest public, state-supported college or university, or
actual per credit cost, whichever is less; required books are still
reimbursed at 100% - of course all dependent upon receiving a "C" or
higher.
Health Club Membership
After one year of employment, Agri Beef will pay half your monthly fees
to the health club of your choice!
Smoking Cessation
Agri Beef will reimburse you for the cost of participating in a
smoking-cessation program if you successfully quit smoking for one year.
Plus, you’ll receive a one-time $500 bonus!
Voluntary Long Term Disability
You can purchase long term disability insurance at group rates.
Adoption Assistance Benefit
Upon placement in the home, 80% of eligible adoption expenses, up to
$2,500 per child, is paid.
Employee Charitable Contribution Match
The company can match up to $500 annually of an employee’s contributions
to worthy organizations.
Scholarship Program
Up to four (4) $1000 college or vocational school scholarships are awarded every
year to the dependent children of employees with at least one year or
service.
